Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In The Stomach And Chest

Hi Sir, This is pradeep from hyderabad,age:30+ running. last 2 years i have consulting with different doctor s. But same problem still continuing. one year back i have faced ulcer s in my stomach(small stretch cause of food poison directed by doctor s) and i have taken medicine and get cure. After some days same things repeat with me. stomach stretch,chest burning. This time i checked with a professor from apollo hyd. she told me there is no ulcer and she tested me like,endroscopy,colonoscopy,bloood test,liver test 3 times and so many test. after took 1 month medice then same problem repeat. Next time she told there is no such problem i can see and prescribe me same medicine. After then same problem repeating... 3rd time she did some other test and told me Hiatal Hernia and prescribed,and told my food pipe get lose due to this problem happens.then start medicine after complete my medicine same problem repeating. So this time i check with my home town(cuttack) and he did same test like,endroscopy,blood test,LFT test and prescribe me medicine..after complete medicine feels two month relax then same problem repeat. now i am searching a doctor who can help me really with my problem? well,if i were your treating doctor i would have advised you to take the following treatment for 1 month along with certain specific instructions which you must follow till the treatment is completed and if possible then afterwards too....

(1) CAPSULE PANTAPRAZOLE once daily before breakfast,as soon as you get out of bed in the morning

(2) TABLET RANITIDINE 2 times a day after meals i.e 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner

(3) TABLET DOMPERIDONE 10 mg 2 times a day after meals

(4) TABLET DICYCLOMINE 3 times a day after meals

(5) SYRUP DIOVOL-LA 4 teaspoons 3 times a day after meals

(6) SYRUP SUCRALFATE 2 teaspoons 3 times a day after meals

(7) SYRUP GASTRIC ENZYMES ( UNIZYME ) 2 teaspoons 3 times a day after meals

(8) you should avoid staying empty stomach for long period of time

(9) take small meals at frequent intervals i.e after every 2-3 hours rather than taking 2-3 large meals in a whole day

(10) STRICTLY AVOID SPICY FOOD AND SNACKS / JUNK FOOD / PROCESSED FOODS / SOFT DRINKS / SMOKING /ALCOHOL

(11) take plenty of fruits / raw vegetables / salad and drink plenty of water at frequent intervals
