Suggest Remedy For Burning Razor Bumps On Vagina

I had sex for the first time in a couple months about a week & a half ago. I shaved my vagina this past Friday and I don t know if I got razor burn because it was a brand new razor, but I had a small like pimple looking thing which I considered just to be an ingrown hair which I get but very rarely. I was itching my vagina on Saturday because when my hair grows back it grows back thick and itches when it comes through. Now it s Monday & I am in so much pain. From itching my vagina with the towel to where my vagina was basically raw, my razor burn bumps have gotten bigger, redder, & it hurts to even pee, walk or sit down. To pee, I have to open my lips & when I was shaving my hand slipped & got my asshole a little bit (lol) or around there but when the pee touches that it also burns. I have tried corn starch and desitin. What else can I try? I am in so much pain & expecting my period any day.
