Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have body pain, running nose and cold which seems to be due to infection known as common cold or flu. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start taking combiflam first. Visit general physician once and get yourself examined. You should go for blood test to find out level of infection. Start treatment after proper examination and prescription. Start taking anti-inflammatory medication as well. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid taking cold carbonated beverages. You should take diet rich in fluids and multivitamin supplements.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
