Suggest Remedy For Blurred Vision & Vertigo

Banged the back of my head near the base of the skull, blurred vision and extremely disoriented, vertigo. 30 minutes later, still a little uneasy. Sudden movements such as getting up out of a chair induces slight vertigo. Seems to be slowly getting better however. Minor concussion?
