Suggest Remedy For Blood In Urine

I had a small bladder neck beneign polyp removed on May 22, 14 and was fine, started exercising heavily trying to make an elite dragon boat team. Now 3.5 weeks later I m having blood in my urine. Should I back off the exercise routine or in this part of the healing as I heard you heal from the inside out and this blood is the slough off from the heal. Thank you. I m a 66 yr old female in otherwise excellent health

Hi,
Looking at your history and the presentation of symptoms almost 3.5 weeks later, I wouldn't think of the previous lesion. If the blood is present recently, it could be of some other cause.
If a Pap smear was not done recently, do get it done.
Another possible thing could be exercise induced hematuria.
It is not due to the surgery done. If symptoms persist, get an urine examination done.
Any further queries, happy to answer again.
