Suggest Remedy For Blood In Stool

I have a large amount of fresh blood in my stool on a daily basis with every bowel movement I have. I do have external hemorrhoids that I use mediation for. I recently went to the ER and had a rectal exam with a positive blood in my stool result. I have noticed the bleeding to increase with energy drinks such as red bull, NOSS etc... I do not have health insurance and was told I needed to be seen by a GI Specialist for a colonoscopy. Is this something that can be avoided? What should my next move be?

If i would be your treating doctor i would advice you to go for Kshar sutra (minor surgery)
Abhaya arista 3tsp with water twice a day after food.
consult to doctor at ayurvedic hospital because this medicine is not given without prescription.
