Suggest Remedy For Blood Clot In Medulla Oblongata

Hi my father in law had a stoke yesterday, he was found lying on the floor with saliva drooling out of his mouth. He was admitted & was referred to a Neurologist.His condition is critical & the doctor said he has blood clot in medulla oblongata. What are the chances of recovery he is in ICU right now, do we have any kind of surgery to remove this blood clot. What needs to be done at this stage.

Patient with blood clot in medulla is a critical case Bcz our respiratory center is in brain at medulla level.if this center is affected your father might need mechanical ventilator. At present he needs blood thinners like heparin under icu observation.and antiplatelet drugs.
