Suggest Remedy For Blocked Nose

Hi Doctor, My son, Aditya, is 7 years old. He is taking in deep breath once in every two-three minutes nowadays. This is only during the day but while sleeping he does not take the deep breath. Only, he snores as his nose is blocked. He was having cough a month and half back. His cough is cured but his nose is always blocked nowadays. When he opens his mouth we can see slightly creamish coloured phlegm deep inside his throat (upper part). He has been prescribed Asthalin and Recofast. We have taken Xray and blood test as per paedetrician's prescription. His blood test is clear and Xray is clear except mild congestion. Please advise possible causes. Regards - Subroto (Mumbai, India)
