Suggest Remedy For Bleeding While Bowel Movement

i am 23 years old and i have been bleeding when ever i go to the toilet.. especially when my tools are hard, it bleeds.. i think it breaks the walls of my anes and it is really painful.. im really confuse with whats going on. does it have something to do with my intake or something is wrong with my colon or anes... i need help....

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bleeding while bowel movements especially while passing very hard stools along with pain seems to be due to formation of anal fissures that occurs due to tear in the specialized mucosa of anal canal known as Anoderm..
I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and he can do anoscopy to confirm the cause..
He can advise you to take high fire foods, drink plenty of water, take stool softeners like Docusate..
You can be advised to apply ointments containing calcium channel blockers like Dialtizem as it will help in improving blood flow to the area and promote healing..
Sitting in warm water tub known as Sitz bath will also help..
