Suggest Remedy For Bleeding Nose
Hi accidentally received and elbow to the nose and it starting bleeding for like 10minutes. in the evening i start having headaches. this is the second day that I have headaches. milder during the day and the more active I am the more sensitive the headaches are. Thank you

a direct blow on the nose can cause bleeding (epistaxis) since then you are having continuous headache so
I would advise you clamp or just pinch your nose in between thumb and other fingers if bleeding is still there
consult a ENT surgeon for detailed examination and X ray nasal bone that could have broken
