Suggest Remedy For Blackheads And Whiteheads On Chin And Nose With Scar Leaving Pimples

I have very stubborn blackheads on my nose and whiteheads on my chin. both my cheeks are filled with small black dots which later become very big and painful pimples and later leave scars and holes. which medicated soaps, cleansers should i use which would clear out my face? i have hypothroid and taking eltroxin.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be removed with little surgical procedure and medicine wont work here, even this is nothing to take anything with the medicines that you are having, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
