Thanks for your passionate answer. I have being experience a bad odour for over 10 years weather i open my mouth or not , the odour had been very offensive, that people from a far distance, either bow down their head or cover their mouth. What do you think causes it? Presently, I was ask to embark on CT PNS test. Also, most time when i did sputum test, the sputum shows no blood seen but shows a moderate growth of Haemlytic Streptococcus spp.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The bad odor can be because of the gum infection or tooth infection. It can also occur secondary to any pus discharge or sinus or respiratory tract infection. Nothing to worry, consult a oral physician and get your teeth cleaned. If the bad breath does not stop after that also then consult a ENT surgeon or pulmonologist.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
