Suggest Remedy For Back Pain
hi I am 44 yrs old 160 pounds I have been suffering with severe pain in the back. I have buldging disc in all of the lumber area. I have had 3 steroid shots, physical therpy, nerve test done which showed pain coming from L-3. Now they want to burn the nerve. Are there any suggestions? in pain 24-7

well one can try epidural steroid injection before the nerve burn,along with physiotherapy and avoiding flexion activites of the trunk..and regular exercises specific for disc herniation
