Suggest Remedy For Back Pain

I was injured last year and my right leg started hurting so I went to the dr and they put me thru physical therapy. My leg started feeling better but my back started hurting.Under further investigation I have a bulging disk and also a herniated disk. The company dr said the leg problem was a result of an injury but is having a hard time coorilating the back as well because of the the time frame in between pain in the leg and then pain in the back.
