Suggest Remedy For Back Pain ,sore Throat, pain While Urinating And Nausea

In case this is needed, I m a mid-teens female. No sex, no drugs, not currently on meds. Currently menstruating. Here s my concerning story:Yesterday, I had started to notice back pain in the right side of my back. I assumed it was from gardening. Then, it got a little better but the pain was still present around my kidney area. My mom believed it was a bladder infection, and the next time I urinated, it was slightly painful. After a short while, I noticed that I was developing a sore throat, and I felt a lot of pain in the right side of my neck. The next day (today), It hurts on the right side of my throat to swallow, and the neck pain is only subtle when I m not swallowing. I ve been drinking a lot of cold water. It only hurts to urinate sometimes now. I ve felt like I was going to vomit on multiple occasions, but I never have. It all really hurts, and so I m hoping that somebody can help me figure out what is even happening. Thank you.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Here are your answers: 1. The pain in the back along with painful bladder evacuation (micturition) can be due to either an infection or a small passing stone. 2. The nausea and throat pain are related to the upper respiratory infection and unrelated to the bladder pain. It is possible that you may have contracted an infection simultaneously affecting both systems. Stop drinking cold water. Take lukewarm liquids, rest to the voice, avoid cold food and see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
