Suggest Remedy For Anal Fistula

Hi, I have an anal fistula, already had 4 operations, including a seton and a plug, all unsuccessful. Recently the abscess flared up again, it presented itself on the surface of my skin and burst, I noticed small black particles in the pus, do you know what these black particles are? And should I leave it to drain itself, or go for another operation? Thanks! My apologies, I have no credit card, so cannot pay, did not know I had to pay.

It is OK not to pay, I shall still give you the best solution.
Since you are a known case of fistula in ano, and had 4 operations and still get the problem with black particles, I would suggest you the following:The black particles may be small blood clots on re-activation of the tract or a dead tissue remnant.
Since there is a recurrence even after 4 surgeries, I would suggest you the following:
First of all to go for fistulogram and MRI of the area and per-rectal and proctoscopy examination to decide the level of the fistula, whether high or low.
Biopsy to see if there is anything like Crohn's or tuberculosis and such diseases once diagnosed can have specific treatment.
Passing a Kshar-sutra and changing it at weekly interval can be curative if there is no specific cause.
