Suggest Remedy For Amoebiasis In Infant

my baby is 6 months old now.. he was treated for ameobiasis last month when he is about 5 months.. this week he make 3 to 4 bowels, i bring for test his stool.. result is soft consistency, yellow in color, no ova/parasite seen, rbc 0-1, wbc 8-10, bacteria 5... what should i do?thanks

Hi...amoeba infection in a kid of this age is extremely unlikely. The stool report si normal. Nothing to worry about it.

It seems your kid is having viral diarrhoea. Once it starts it will take 5-7 days to completely get better. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
