Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

Apart from the oral antibiotics that you have been taking I would have started you on oral retinoid, isotretinoin. Mechanism of action of Isotretinoin is by reducing the overactivity and size of sebaceous glands and thereby reducing oiliness. By shrinking the sebaceous glands it would help in bringing down the pimples/bumps.

However, it should be taken under the supervision of a dermatologist because of certain lab tests which are to be done before and during treatment with isotretinoin.

Total dose of Isotretinoin that should be taken is 120-140mg/kg.

In addition to oral retinoids you must also use topical antiacne remedies e.g benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel.
