Suggest Remedy For Acne Problem

Hi sir can you help me with my ane problem? I have acne since 2010 and sometimes its gone and sometimes it get worse. When i have sex i noticed my pimples is showing up. I had tried many products but no cure. I havs hormonal imbalance also.. I got a very oily skin specially at night and when i wake up in the morning there were pimples or acne in my face and its cystic acne.. Does a betadine can help? Thank you....

Hi,

I can understand your concern for hormone imbalance along with acne.
Pimples are due hormonal influence at young age.

It is due to hormone testosterone and its bye-products. There is high oil secretion which causes increase the size of oil glands.

I suggest my patients with abnormal cycles and hormonal imbalance with acne to take Spironolactone and Metformin . These are the basis of the treatment for hormone imbalance along with acne.

I additionally suggest you to apply an antibiotic gel such as clindamycin gel at affected area. I also suggest to take a course oral antibiotic such as azithromycin on weekly basis if required. You can meet a dermatologist for best guidance.
