Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Ringworm Infection In Pregnant Woman

Doctor, I am 7month pregnant.i am suffering from ringworm in the abdominal area for 2months... I use clotrimazole ointment in the beginning. But there wasn't any relief.. now it spread over the groin area and the buttox region.. then used candid gn and now use candiderma oinment... But there is no change... What should I do doctor?? Is it safe using these oinments during pregnancy??

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Ring worm infection is fungal infection.You should use specific antifungal like Neosporin /multifingin ointment or dusting powder .
Keep body clean &sweat free by frequent washing drying & application of the drug locally.... a continuous care over several weeks can cure the problem.
If not you need oral antifungals with expert advise.
