Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain Caused By Ulcers
I'm suffering from stomach ulcer and Dr told me it happen due to some sort of bacteria damage my stomach now my hemoglobin reduce to 7 I'm taking medicine but after taking medicine my heart beat increase and I feel pain kindly tell me what should uh ld I do is it serious? Plz tell me proper diet

I assume your doctor have prescribed proton pump inhibitor and may be some antibiotics. So continue with that medicines.
Among diet you should avoid fatty meals, citrus and spicy meals.
