Your symptoms are suggestive of dyspepsia. One of the common causes of dyspepsia is H.pylori gastritis. H.pylori is a bacterium or bug that affects your stomach lining and causes pain .The current evidence based advice is that you should get yourself tested for H. pylori. You may do this by a test called Urea breath test for H.pylori which is a good test for detecting this infection or bug in your stomach lining. Urea breath test is a painless test and involves breathing into a tube. The other alternate test is to do a stool antigen test for H.pylori. If the test returns as POSITIVE the you must take treatment for it. One of the methods for treating this infection is as follows : It is called triple therapy. Also available in pharmacies as a pack

combination of PPI ( proton pump inhibitor)- (standard dose twice daily)
with amoxicillin (1 g twice daily) and clarithromycin (500
mg twice daily) administered for 7–10 days . Best regards
