Hi,

You seem to have facial melanosis. I think it is post inflammatory hypermelanosis. Oral medication of vitamin C,nicotinic acid, glutathion or tranexamic acid may be considered. Application of gel containing kojic acid may be done on the black patches. Take fruits containing vitamin C. Avoid sun exposure. Have patience. You might feel better after few months.

Thanks.
