Suggest Remedy For A Lump Appearing Near The Scrotum

I have a 1 3/4 inch raised area ( looks similar to a vein ) that is located between my scrotum and my leg, it s quite tender to the touch, I have no pain in my testicles as well as no issue passing urine. Unsure as to what it is, going to walk in center tomorrow morning but would ideally like some form of clue as to what could possibly be causing this.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, it could be a Varicocele or a vein swelling. If it is painful you should see your Doctor and get an Ultrasound of the scrotum done. This will confirm your problem and then the treatment can be discussed. Till then wear tight underwear so that the scrotum does not hang loose. Take care and share the report with us if you want further advice. Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
