Suggest Remedy For UTI

Hi,I have a uti which is something I get about 2x a year for some reason. I still have 8 pills of Ciprofloxacin left which I plan to take. But these are from February and the prescribed dosage is 10 pills (1 pill 2x a day. Would you suggest that I see a doctor to get more pills?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have recurrent urinary tract infection. You may have resistance to ciprofloxacin. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity testing. It will give you idea regarding antibiotics to be used. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. You should also check your blood sugar level because diabetes is the most common factor leading to recurrent urinary tract infection. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
