Suggest Remedy For IBS,shooting Pain In Right Leg,rectal Pain, pelvic Pain And Uterus Pain

Hi I'm 21 years old and I have been constantly diagnosed with IBS for over 7 years. My primary symptoms were abdominal pain, constipation and inconsistent bowels. Since then I have been prescribed countless medications ranging from Buscopan to Fibre Supplements and even natural remedies such as Peppermint Oil, none have seem to relieve me from my discomfort. Some Doctors even prescribed me anxiety medications which failed miserable also. Recently over the past year my symptoms have progressed even doubled. Now I also severely suffer from shooting pain down my right leg, shooting rectal pain, pelvic pain, and what I can only describe as a painful uterus. I am constantly ridden with fatigue and endure endless sleepless nights. Also a few months ago I unusually bled during my period for a whole month. I've had several investigations and procedures with no findings ranging from ultrasounds to extensive blood tests to barium x-rays. I am due to undergo a colonoscopy in just under 6 weeks. To be honest I feel like the investigations are taking place in the wrong places but I'm told these are the procedures for my kind of symptoms. Please can you shine some light on this troubling case. Thank you

General Surgeon 's  Response
Resepcted user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Symptoms are definitely correlating with major underlying issue most
pertaining to hormonal imbalance ( pelvic endometriosis is of prime
suspiciousness ) & neuronal pain in the areas of affected nerves through
proximal compression.
*Definitely all are not in conjunction with IBS.
*I would add diagnostic Laparoscopy with MRI L-s spine in addition to
colonoscopy.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks for using Health care magic & reviewing my answer.
Wishing you speedy recovery from the same.
