I have twin 12. Year old boys. Both seem tired all the time (their teachers mentioned it-and they have different teachers all day). One of the twins wakes up not feeling like he got enough rest. They go to bed around 8:30 or 9 and get up around 6:45 or 7

Foremost at this age apart from cold include lack of proper diet, anemia, lead poisoning , dehydration, etc
Get them evaluated thoroughly .
