First treatment course is nutrition and lifestyle change, cut down on alcohol consumption if you do consume, cut down on fats and fastfoods, go for cooked meals and eat three times a day and avoid having snacks out of your meals, avoid fatty meals and do not eat heavy meals after six pm, eat lots of fruits and vegetable andd drink lots of water. Take 30 minutes walks three times a week. A couple of abdominal push up would do every morning. The drugs will only work when you have a lifestyle and nutritional change. Good luck, Dr Asanghanwa.
