Suggest Remedies To Boost One's Immune System

My daughter had a splenectomy at age 13 due to a heretidity condition on my (father) side of the family. She is now 18 & gets sick quite often. Is there any supplement along with a daily multivitamin that you would recommend for her to boost her immune system? Thank you, Brian M
