General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reason for the vertigo in old people is the ischemia of the brain, anemia, deficiency of the vitamin B, D, infection of the internal ear etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. She may need to have the M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, cinnerzine, and protein suppliments.
Let her take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good recovery, and resistance .
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
