Hi,I am Dr. Radhakrishna (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had this pain in my stomach since Thursday morning. It feels like I have been kicked in my stomach and there is a lot of pressure also. I am eating/drinking just fine and using the restroom with no problems. I won't see my doctor until Monday morning. What can I do until then?
HI. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The feeling of the pain like being kicked in the stomach without any obvious nausea , drinking and eating being fine and no restroom problems, this can be due to : Enteritis, meaning inflammation of the small intestines or colon. Lymph node mass or some other inflammation going on in the abdomen.
I would advise you the following. Get Physical examination of the abdomen by a Surgeon. Ultrasonography of the abdomen. Test of blood. urine and stool .
All these thing will give a probable diagnosis which to be followed by a proper treatment.
