Suggest Remedies For Stomach Cramps And Yellow Discharge Form Anus

Hi i am 19 years old and on Friday May 17th I experienced unwilling leakage from my anus. It has never happened to me before, and now that it is Tuesday it has gotten worse. I have severe gut cramps when I have to go to the bathroom, however, most the time its just liquidy and air. But today It leaked again and It seemed like yellow mucus on my underwear but in the toilet looked almost brown. What should I do?

Noted the history of a 19 year old getting on Friday, May 17 unwilling leakage from anus, cramps, yellow staining of underwear but the stool in toilet was brown, gases passing, yellow mucus.
As per the history you have provided this looks to be the excessive production of mucus that gets easily leaked out when one tries to pass the gases hence the underwear is stained yellow.
So do not worry.Get the stool checked.
Get a course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole, probiotic.
Take banana and curds.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause loose stools.
If there is no relief you may then need the investigations like colonoscopy.
Proper treatment will cure your problem.
