Suggest Remedies For Stiffness In The Left Knee
I am a walker and have been forabout 30 yrs. now. Lately I have been having stiffness in my left knee mostly. Hasn t stopped me from walking but would like to start taking a glucosamine product. Which is better for my joints and arthritis in my hands, with sulfate or crondriten.
