Suggest Remedies For Split Urinary Stream And Small Urinary Bladder
I have had a split urinary stream for my entire life (I am 50). I urinate frequently and have never slept a night in my life. On a good night I can sleep for 1 1/2 hours at a time but that is rare. Usually I go 30-45 minutes. It has destroyed my life and i am at my wits end. The urologists keep telling me that I have a small bladder but that doesn t explain the split stream. I was born with a double hernia and an undescended testicle, both of which were surgically repaired when I was four. You should also know that I am awake because frustration has gotten the best of me and I almost destroyed my cpap machine. Any thoughts?

Regarding your symptoms of split urinary stream urinary frequency insomnia at an age of 50yrs after previous surgery for hernia and undescend testis I strongly believe you have a condition called benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH)
Benign prostate hyperplasia is a benign tumor of the prostate which when the prostate get enlarged it narrows you urethra leading to the above symptoms and this occurs at most greater than 50yrs and above
In view of this please do the following test
Serum PSA test
PROSTATE biopsy
Meanwhile please see an urologist specialist with the result and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
