Hi,
As per your complain it seems that you have a severe throat infection and white spots on the palate and inside mouth looks like Canker sores that are also occurring secondary to Infection and inflammation. Swollen and sore feeling in neck can be due to swollen lymph nodes. I would suggest you to consult an ENT Physician and get evaluated.
He can do a throat swab culture to rule out the exact cause of infection that can be either bacterial or viral. You can be advised a course of antibiotics like Augmentin or Azithromycin, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen or Naproxen along with warm saline gargle and steam inhalation. You can also suck throat lozenges and take a soft and bland diet. Sip on plenty of warm fluids.
