Suggest Remedies For Skin Blemishes On Forehead, Cheeks And Neck

I am an Black American with medium to dark skin color. Over the past 2 years, my Face has become discolored. Around the forehead is light blotchy. Around the ears area is light and smoothed. Around the chicks are dark - grayish color appearance. Neck area has gotten lighter with tiny dark spots that make my neck appear dirty. Have tried over the counter lighteners, vitamin c serum, in addition to face creams purchased from dermatologists.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have generalized hyperpigmentation of skin and you need to take depigmentation topical treatment along with certain chair side treatments at the dermatologist's office for relief..
You can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can start applying creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can also apply Vitamin E and C containing creams..
You can also take Vitamin C supplements..
You can apply azelic acid creams..
Grapeseed extract and licorice extract containing creams are also helpful..
You can exfoliate your skin twice a week..
You can also limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion, chemical peeling and photofacial..
Drink plenty of water and take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
