Suggest Remedies For Skin Allergy

I am breaking out all over my arm, and inner thighs. The only new thing I can think of, is the medicine my doctor prescribed 3 weeks ago. The drug is 5mg amlodipine besylate. I have allergies to penicillin, and sulfa based drugs. Does it make sense it could be the new prescription?

itwill be new prescription.it isnot sulpha or pencil in. the medicine mentioned is ment to-treat hypertention. when ever you take any medication please mention allergy to pencil in and sulpha. the doctor will take care of it.
