General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern. Your symptoms could be due to nerve compression, muscle spasm. I would suggest to consult the orthopedics and undergo physical examination, x ray neck and MRI if needed.

Doctor will give following advises: Tablet Naroxen + Thiocolchicoside, two times a day after meal. Tablet Pregabalin once a day at the bed time Tablet Ranitidine twice daily before meal. Application of Diclofenac (Volini) gel twice daily. Warm pad application, Wear soft cervical collar, Neck exercise according to physiotherapist will helpful (after relieving pain).

Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
