Get heartburn a lot lately. The one thing I tried is a 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and water, it takes it right away. Sometimes when eating hard to swallow, have to drink some water and goes away, is this a form of gerd? And does my linsaprel med have anything to do with it?
Hi welcome to HCM, Yes you do have GERD. It is acidity plus a lax food pipe (esophagus) leading to the acid coming up. You should treat your acidity with bland frequent meals, an Omeprazole plus domperidone every evening before meals for 4-6 weeks, and take your baking soda only if really needed. regards
hi, good evening, it is either due to gerd or due to overweight if it is present. u have to avoid oily food plus spice food in night. start tab.esmoprazole(40 mg) 0-0-1 for one month , it will resolved. thanks.
