Suggest Remedies For Severe Cough And Dust Allergy

I cleaned out a very dirty carpet mat that had a lot of dirt and dust on it three days ago. I inhaled a lot of the dust and ever since I've been having terrible coughs. It feels like my lungs and throat is really dry and theres something stuck that won't come up. HELP

hi...
its allergic symtoms..
avoid further dust exposure..
use nose mask..
take cetrizine 10 mg once a day for few days...
if you have problem with breathing you an use tab deryphyllin ..for few days...
still you have symtoms you have to consult doctor..for examination...if needed X RAY , blood reports for allergy...etc..
