Suggest Remedies For Severe Cold And Fever

I m in Saudi Arabia at the moment to perform hajj and have caught a terrrible cold. Together with that I have fever too. Head feels heavy and nose is blocked which makes it hard for me to breath through my nose. Throat is itchy and now I feel the itchiness going up to my ears. Feeling terrible. Should I start antibiotics? Please prescribe something I could take to recover soon

I really appreciate your concern and I would suggest to have Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day, Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day have hot drinks and drink more water, no need to take antibiotic this has got no role, take care.
