Suggest Remedies For Removing Whiteheads And Dark Spots On Face

I have been dealing with acne for years now. I do have some dark spots on y face but the I mainly get white heads really bad. I notice that it gets worse two weeks before my cycle. I have tried over the counter face washes nothing seems to help me. Is there something I can to get rid of the white heads and lighten the dark spots. I am 35yrs old and tired of having acne.

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query . There can be many reasons for acne like stress ,hormonal changes , side effect of certain medicines or sun exposure .

But in your case it seems to me that hormonal changes is the main factor for acne.

I would suggest you to :-

- Wash your face with facewash containing benzoyl peroxide .It is very effective for acne .

- Apply azelaic acid containing cream , which is very effective for acne as well as dark spots .

- Exfoliate your skin once a week for white heads .

Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course , isoteritenoin or other steroid containing creams .

Also discuss hormonal factor with doctor .
