Suggest Remedies For Profuse Sweating, Blurred Vision And Dizziness

My husband just experienced the following: loud buzzing in his ear dizziness, lightheaded, excessive sweating, blurred vision, falling to his knees, vomiting. These have passed after the vomiting, although he now feels generally poor. He is not dehydrated, has not been drinking, does not smoke, is active and in very good shape.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Buzzing in the ear is tinnitus, this refers to any abnormal noises in the ear.

There are different possible causes but the fact that he is experiencing lightheaded sensation, sweating , falling and vomiting may mean that the issue may be related to the ears or sinuses though there are other causes as well.

It is possible that the symptoms may resolve on their own if due to a viral cause but if severe or there is no improvement after a few days (2 to 3), then he should be seen.
Bacterial infection or more serious causes would need to be ruled out

I hope this helps
