Hi,
Its common to experience depressive and anxiety symptoms post delivery due to certain biochemical changes in the brain. If the symptoms are really disturbing you its advisable to take a small dose of antidepressants like sertraline which can be used even by a lactating mother. It can significantly help in these symptoms
