Suggest Remedies For Persistent Cold, Cough With Yellow Phlegm And Wheezing

I am a 54 year old male with cold symptoms since 12/3. I m most concerned about my cough and frequent chest sounds with deep breaths, which cause me to cough and bring up yellowish green phlegm at times. I have no fever and have been taking expectorants, cough suppressants, and decongestants/anti-histamines. Symptoms are getting better and cough less productive. Any reason to see a physician or get prescription meds?

u might hav lower respiratory tract infection for wich u shud go for a good antibiotic along with steriods. even then it deos not subside u shud go for x ray of chest and sputum afb to rule out kochs.
