Suggest Remedies For Painful Bartholin’s Cyst

I believe I have developed a bartholin cyst that seems to start hurting in the past day. I m 12 weeks pregnant & I also developed bacterial vaginosis during early pregnancy. Is the extra discharge from being pregnant to blame for cyst/abscess or the vaginosis? I read online about STDs being another cause but I don t want to accuse father of baby for sleeping with someone when my hormones are haywire. He isn t type of person to stray eithe but this scares me. I was tested for STIs & HIV when I was first pregnant & all tests came back negative.
