Suggest Remedies For Pain In The Arm Post An Injury

My arm got punchered by a barbed wire while I was gardening. Now it is swollen and painful. There was little blood when it happened. Stretching the hand or moving it in different directions maker it hurt to. I am already on antibiotics for uti so should I still go to the dr or leave it alone? Thanks Jayne
