Suggest Remedies For Pain And Soreness In Buttocks With A Bruise Post Injury

I slipped and fell down the stairs. It felt like electric shock when I hit the step. My butt is bruised badley on my butt cheek and bruise on lining off my back. Butt cheek feels kinda numb on the bruise. I feel achy can sit walk etc hurt feel sore. Should I see a dr???

I really appreciate your concern, if this is fall injury then ideally it need to be sent for investigation and best is x-ray get this done just to see the fracture part, till then analgesic and ice can be used hope this information helps.
