Suggest Remedies For Loose Motion

I have been having loose and also diarrhea type motions for the last three weeks. I have had a sample test done, and no infection is present. My diet is normal and I eat reasonably healthy. My only relief has been to take some codeine which I have had for recent surgery. I have soft motions normally. I have also had a sphincter repair done about 15 years ago. I have to near a toilet at all times at the moment and it is putting me under some stress, which cannot be helping the situation! I would love to continue with this but I am unable to pay at this time, thank you anyway.
