Suggest Remedies For Lethargy, swollen Glands And Headache

My daughter is 16. Shes always tired and although she does sometimes stay up late, shes tired even when she does get sleep. She naps every chance she gets. Right now she also had swollen glands, headache, a lot of mucus in her throat and she sounds like she has marbles when she talks. I took her to the doctor last week and the nurse practictioner said it was justa bad cold. This past weekend I called the dopctor and he prescribes Zithromax. Today is day 3 on the medication and she is still feeling the same. Shes been taking Ibuprofen for pain and that helps but her symptoms remain. Im getting a little worried.
